U.S. citizens can apply for immigration for relatives who:

U.S. green card holders can apply for immigration for the following relatives:

Government Fees (Applicants in the U.S.)

I-485 (Green Card): $1440
-
I-131 (Advance Parole): $260 (optional)

I-765 (work permit): $630 (optional)
Note: All the above immigration government fees are updated to April 1, 2024. If there are any changes, you must pay according to the latest government fees.
