H-1B Visa 

​H1-B Visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows holders to work in the United States in designated “specialty occupations” as defined by law. The initial validity period is three years, with most cases eligible for a three-year extension. To apply for this visa, the sponsoring employer must file an H1B petition with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the non-immigrant applicant.
