​EB-1C is mainly suitable for executives and senior managers who work for multinational companies that have business establishments in the United States and China to immigrate to the United States and become permanent residents. In the EB1C immigration application process, multinational companies (ie, American employers) are applicants for EB1C green card applications, and senior foreign executives are the beneficiaries of EB1-C green card applications.
